The purpose of this challenge is to challenge chicks to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier, more fab lifestyle (and to keep you on track for fab, fitness results!)

We have a challenge guide, weekly cheat sheets, progress trackers…..even daily emails and Facebook posts you can motivation right at the beginning of the challenge.

Each week builds on the previous weeks’ habits - so yes, we are asking you to ditch the booze for 6 weeks - But you’ll have awesome support and it will be fun!
Challenge Rules
The rules are simple:
Every week you will receive instructions via e-mail for your six weekly nutrition habits.
Each week will be a different nutrition or lifestyle challenge to help you cut calories, detox, add nutrients to your daily diet, or strengthen your mindset.
Log your habit completion daily on the app.
If you have consistently completed your healthy habits, then you have successfully completed the Body Empowerment Express Challenge!
Keeping track of your habits is easy (you'll recieve a special tracker)
You can report daily with the Healthy Habit Tracker.
It will also be available on our Facebook Group Page.
To successfully complete the challenge, you need to keep to your habits 90% of the time. That means you need at least 132 checkmarks.
