Our coaching package is extensive as we cover all aspects of the process to stage.

Nutrition, Training, Mindset, Posing and Support. We only offer a one year package to a limited number of athletes for this reason. 

We cannot express how much of an advantage it is to work with your coach during the pre competition season aka off-season before you diet. We like to work with every athlete for at least one calendar year of learning their body and our coach/client relationship before their first contest season with us.

Weekly Athlete Group Call 

Ongoing, individualized, and detailed audio or video correspondence from your coach every week. Contest prep coaching relies on regular updates. Every week on a scheduled day, we’ll review everything, go over questions and feedback, and provide a revision to the plan with any changes that are appropriate – along with an explanation as to why we’re making the moves we are (or why we’re changing nothing).

We are also available via text/email 7 days a week for anything that happens come up between scheduled check-ins.

We also have scheduled bi weekly zoom calls with athletes. Accessibility is key and you need to know that your online coach is there for you, has your back, and cares about your success.

 

It can be a tricky thing to find!

Your plan is devised to ensure you get on stage in the best condition possible. It covers such variables as: overall calories, macronutrients, micronutrient density, fluid needs, nutrient timing, etc, We are not a hardcore believer in the “old school” dieting approach – where basically you rely on 12 foods and restrict yourself in a crazy way.  Yes it works, but we know there are a lot of other dietary strategies that work just as well!  Dietary approaches we have had great success with are anti inflammatory and low excitotoxin (aka clean) include high protein, high carb, low carb, high fat, ketogenic, carb cycling, backloading, refeeds – it just depends on the person! 

Our goal is to work with you to find the strategy that is best for you and your intensity level.  The results you get are always a product of how hard you’re willing to push, communicate and be honest.

You will receive regularly updated training programs that are tailored specifically to the phase you're in and your needs.  Workout programming is one of our favorite things, and writing an effective lifting program, seeing it properly executed and seeing the results that come from it is extremely rewarding.  Pushing limits to take your physique to the next level does come with some risks. We see injuries like tendinitis, sprains, imbalances. Coach Ashely has a Sports Medicine background with physical therapy and she brings an expertise to the table with the programming. Our general training philosophy is to follow a set of workouts for ~8-12 weeks (on average), with metrics in place and clear instructions on how to force progressive overload during that time and keep your body from adapting and getting complacent.  We are hyper focused on functional health of the movements and will provide form assessments and corrections through your programming. 

This is our most important service we offer to athletes. Our Mindset Mental Health Coaching. When most people pause to consider the mental side of bodybuilding, they typically think of the mental toughness. The sport of bodybuilding is a meat grinder with regard to the toll it can take on the competitor’s physical and mental health. A number of factors play into one’s ability to successfully navigate the mindset. We work with you to overcome any mental blocks, mental health concerns so you can have the utmost focus on your prep. Coach B  is our Mental Health Specialist who will do 1:1 CBT work and group work with athletes to ensure their mindset and mental health is being kept in check. This includes - Eating disorders, addictions, body dysmorphia, relationship struggles, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, medical implications and more.  

We know how important community is within this sport and we want to ensure our athletes are fully support.  A strong fitness community can be a great support system when you need a pat on the back or a pep talk. Things will not always go as planned, so it's helpful to have people to turn to in times of need. People in your community can lift you up if you're feeling down and help you identify and solve potential problem areas you may not have seen on your own. All of our athletes are invited to our weekly group coaching call for this purpose. This is free time with people going through the same process as you and another opportunity to chat with the coaches to pick their brain! We will discuss weekly wins, mindset tools, nutrition and training education + any upcoming competitions.

Stage Presentation / Look

To be honest, this usually pretty limited. We typically believe that “less is more” and that your money is best spent elsewhere. We do utilize Coach B's extensive health background as a nurse to ensure your getting the exact supplements needed for your contest prep to optimize your health. We also do cycle planning and construction for those competing in non-drug tested shows.

Posing coaching for bodybuilding competitors that includes feedback via video, pictures, written adjustments and video consultations when needed. We offer personalized and group posing for all divisions. You will be provided with the guidance and support to create your individualized routine + mandatories. We run weekly and bi- weekly group posing which each athlete gets 15minutes with their coach and fellow team mates. We have found this group format allows for you to build more knowledge around posing, the different cue words we use and getting rid of stage fright. During a competition prep we will also run drills with the group for their 1/4 turns just like on stage! We make you work!Our goal is to work with you to find the strategy that is best for you and your intensity level.  The results you get are always a product of how hard you’re willing to push, communicate and be honest.

WHO WILL BE MY COACH?
 

Limited Edition  is a team of professionals. Although we are made up of 2 individual coaches, we all follow the same key coaching principles and stand by each other’s methods 100%. Together we will monitor your progress, assess plateaus and make adjustments to your contest prep plan.  That said, we do accept individual coaching requests. Our team administrator disburses incoming applications based on roster availability.

Each coach is a professional athlete themselves with 10+ years within the health, fitness and bodybuilding industry. Our coaches has extensive medical, psychiatric and health education + Women's Bodybuilding specific certifications and experience.

WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN MY BODYBUILDING CONTEST PREP?
 

NOW!! Be aware, most physique athletes need longer than they think to reach peak condition. So when at all possible, we recommend contacting us in the offseason well before your self-estimated contest prep begins. This ensures you are at the ideal body fat and food intake, helps you establish rapport with your coach and secures your roster spot.  We understand this is not possible for everyone, and still happily welcome athletes who are ready to prep with us for the first time.

DO YOU PUT YOUR ATHLETES ON STEROIDS?
 

We pride ourselves on taking the time necessary to build our clients into successful competitors through hard work, time and by utilizing all of the current research and protocols available for athletes. If there is a choice made by the athlete to use PEDS then our coaching team will have a 1:1 talk about what cycles are most appropriate, duration, expectations and risks. There is blood work to be completed before hand. This approach will allow you to have a long, healthy career and maintain your overall health long term.
