The Unicorn Life Coach
I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Certified Clinical Lean Body Coach and Transformative Life Coach with 15 years of experience. I am also a Professional Bodybuilder since 2023 and an Athlete of over 25 years.
After my own trials and errors through weight loss, the aging process and battling internal demons - I can say "I get it".
If you're anything like me, you put a high amount of pressure on yourself - work, family, friends, hobbies etc. I reached a big burn out early in my life at 25 and was told that my body was severely damaged. It was from the stress, trauma, shitty lifestyle choices, people pleasing and over exercising. I was told my body was 15 years older than where it should be.
Going through my own lifestyle overhaul from for the past 10 years and reversing my bodies age I saw an opportunity to help more women like myself. I decided to create this program and help more women uncover their root cause of why most they have difficulty reducing inflammation, balancing hormones and conquering cravings.
At the end of the day, My purpose it o elicit change and empower women to become their best healthy and sexy self! My main passion and specialty is helping women overcome the BS in society and within their minds to achieve their dream body, improve health and create a vibrant life - forever.
